This 16 seat restaurant is all about seasonal and really fresh food, with many last minute inspirations. Prix Fixe menu and reservations a must, though you can try to call on the day and see if there is space. Seatings are all at once. The chef doesn’t start serving until everyone’s there. Not for big eaters as this is all about small tastings. More a soup Nazi place then a relax-and-be-served place. LG
