Exceptional quality for a prix fixe meal.  6 course tasting menu for 40 euros a person!  Even a cheese course.  This a bustling place with a hands-on chef who is known to stand at the kitchen door and shout out  to the waiters when plates are ready.  The Basque chef trained in Michelin-starred restaurants and uses top quality purveyors.  Part of the “bistronomie” trend.  Not too much English spoken.  LG
