6 days a week Parisians eat a croissant and cafe for breakfast, but on Sunday, it’s all about brunch.  Every place worth eating at has a line, at least after 12:30, when the fashionable arrive.  Families and tourists come at 11 when you can actually sit down.  For 29 euros, you get a buffet worthy of a luxury hotel breakfast bar, not surprising since the chef/owner has a fancy hotel background.  LG
