Billed as the “highest restaurant in europe”,  this sits atop the Montparnasse Tower, one of the few high rises in central Paris.  Hated for the buildings it displaced, the Tower nevertheless offers a great view of Paris.   You can dine here, have just drinks, or pay to go on the roof and see the view.   LG
