There are lots of Bretons cooking in Paris; here we have organic buckwheat crepes, fine ham, excellent coffee, artisan ciders and Breton colas,  Breton butter and yogurt, salted caramels,  and fresh oysters.  In the trendy Marais but reasonably priced.  Also in Cancale in Brittany.
