A meat-focused bistro at Les Halles open very late. Veal at 1 a.m.? No problem. Portions are generous, you get homey food, and, given the famous bistros are touristy and taken over by conglomerates, this kind of food done well is not so easy to come by. Hence it is very busy. Come at a weird time for immediate seating. Closed on weekends. LG
