A French/British couple run this darling lunch/tea/bakery combo near Pigalle.  It’s all organic, and a melange of French and British\recipes, from bangers and mash, to French salades composees of lentils or mini quiches.  Forget flaky pastries, they do brownies, carrot cake  and  scones.   They sell British goods like Marmite and cheeses, as well as organic produce.  Closed by mid afternoon as they have no refrigerator and all food not sold is tossed out.  Fantastic view of Sacre Couer.  Brunch on sunday.
