The nations of Europe are well-represented in Paris, so of course there is a Polish restaurant. The pierogies are much-loved; the atmosphere is romantic.  When you come in, it looks like it’s just a bar.  The dining rooms is upstairs, lit entirely and only by candles.   Not expensive.  LG
