Rabbit, beef cheeks, sardines.  Earthy eating from a seasoned independent chef.    The Latin Quarter is thronged with restaurants but this stands out.   The prix fixe menu works out to under $50 a person without wine, a good deal for such nicely cooked and creative food. LG
