In the Rue de Rivoli archway, hard by the Louvre, this gets tourists, locals and celebs due to its famous hot chocolate.  Picture melted chocolate bars accompanied by a pot of whipped cream.  It’s insane.  you can get tea, quiche, famous rum cake and  more.  Leans to the super sweet, perhaps due to wanting to please the perceived tourist palate?  The menu is in English and French but the servers don’t speak all that much English.  Proust ate his madeleines here.  A second location is at Palais de Congress at Port Maillot.  LG
